This policy explains how Moopies and this website handle information. In brief: progress stays on your device; optional rewarded videos are provided by Google AdMob.
Who we are
Moopies is developed by Kryga. For privacy questions or requests about information you have provided to us, email hello@kryga.ua.
Progress and settings
Levels, stars, times, charges, drawn paths, placed tools, language and haptic settings are stored locally on your device. Moopies does not require an account and does not upload this progress to a Kryga server.
Optional rewarded videos
When videos are available, you can choose to watch one for a hint or extra charges. Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform provide this service. Google may process IP address and approximate region, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, diagnostics and performance data to deliver and protect advertising. The game requests non-personalized ads and child-protection settings; it does not collect birth dates. See Google’s privacy policy and the SDK’s data disclosure. Google may process information in other countries under its policies.
This website
This site has no advertising pixels, analytics trackers, registration forms or tracking cookies. Fonts and illustrations load from our own domain. To deliver pages and maintain security, the server processes technical request information, including IP address, page address, time and browser type. We do not keep a separate Moopies visitor access log.
Support emails
If you write to us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.
Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until the app is deleted; copies in backups depend on your Apple settings. We keep support correspondence while it is needed to handle the issue and related requests. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you provided to us by emailing hello@kryga.ua. Google’s own policy explains its retention and data controls.
Children and privacy choices
The game does not ask for a child’s name, contact details or birth date. Parents can contact us about information sent to support. Where Google requires regional advertising privacy choices, the relevant option is available in the game’s settings.
